Overview
Driven by rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence and educational digitalization, higher education worldwide is undergoing a profound transformation. The rise of generative AI has fundamentally shifted knowledge acquisition, classroom dynamics, and learning behaviors. As standard answers become readily accessible, the core value of higher education increasingly rests on cultivating critical thinking, contextual analysis, public decision-making, and cross-cultural collaboration in complex scenarios.
In this evolving landscape, the case teaching method serves as a vital bridge connecting theory with practice, and classrooms with real-world public challenges. To explore the frontiers of case teaching, case development, and English-mediated instruction, the School of Public Policy and Management (SPPM) at Tsinghua University is proud to host the 2026 Workshop on Case Teaching Innovation: Global Classrooms and Learning Transformation in the Age of AI.
