Case Center and Harvard Kennedy School Co-investigate on Wenchuan Earthquake Case

From Jan. 12 to Jan. 14, 2011, the case center and Harvard University Kennedy Government School form a joint research group to investigate the construction and operation situation of Wenchuan Earthquake partner assistance mechanism. Members include Prof. Arnold Howitt, Mr. And Mrs., and research assistant LEI Yingqiuqi, of Harvard Kennedy Government School, as well as Director MU Ling, and research assistant BI Engao, of our case center. The joint investigation is the further cooperation on case development between School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University and Harvard Kennedy School, which is also kingly and greatly assisted by Director of Wenchuan Emergence Office, PENG Quanwen, and Vice-director CHEN Jianqiong.

This investigation will form teaching cases used by courses of SPPM as public crisis management and public leadership. And also, these cases will be used in the Tsinghua-Harvard joint teaching program.
